Our small group training classes are all the attention, corrections, and progressions of a one-on-one training session put into a small group setting. Members will be educated on lifting, taught spotting techniques, adding progressions throughout the weeks, and working through phases of training to achieve the progress they’re looking for!
This is commonly only seen in one-on-one training, but we’re bringing it to the small group setting with a lower price point. Classes will be capped at 5 people per session.
Don’t live on the North Shore? Schedule doesn’t allow you to come into the gym? No problem! We offer online programming which allows you to work out whenever and wherever you choose.
Our online programs are catered to your specific goals, needs, and equipment availability. You will receive customized workouts and access to our user friendly app to record them. We even get a notification that you’ve completed your workout! This is a great accountability feature that will greatly enhance your success and adherence in reaching your fitness goals, in a cost effective way.
