Resistance training is the key to preventative health care, and looking and feeling great! Our team of coaches will work to understand your individual goals and needs, and create a customized program tailored to you. A big part of our service is education. We teach our clients proper technique, how to use various workout equipment, and empower them to train on their own time with confidence.
One of the many benefits of having a personal trainer is having someone to motivate and hold you accountable. You are guaranteed to have a challenging, safe, and effective workout, and leave feeling better than when you arrived! We can also work with physical therapists to continue an active rehab program and get you back doing the activities you love.

We offer strength and conditioning training programs specific to athletes looking to improve their game. We work with athletes of all ages and levels, with the goal of improving their performance, and reducing their chances of injury. Our programs are designed to build strength, power, agility, and speed. Past coaching experience includes: rugby, boxing, soccer, hockey, skiing, tennis, and biking.

Fusion Fitness offers a weekly outdoor bootcamp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am in North Vancouver. We would love for you to join! You’d be a great fit for our bootcamps if:
- You love being outside
- You love moving your body and getting your workout done before work
- You struggle to workout after work
- You love to strength train and run
- You love a group workout setting
- You want to break a sweat and have fun with like minded people at the same time
1x / week: $25 / session
2x / week: $21 / session
3x / week: $18 / session
Our small group training classes are all the attention, corrections, and progressions of a one-on-one training session put into a small group setting. Members will be educated on lifting, taught spotting techniques, adding progressions throughout the weeks, and working through phases of training to achieve the progress they’re looking for!
This is commonly only seen in one-on-one training, but we’re bringing it to the small group setting with a lower price point. Classes will be capped at 5 people per session.
Cost: $40 + GST / session

Since starting my training, I've been able to greatly improve my overall running speed and form through the POSE method running technique. I trained with Mary for my first half marathon and have since completed a full marathon, along with several half marathons and triathlons. Years ago I couldn't imagine running long distance races, and now I look forward to signing up for my favourite running races each season.
